This document is a legally binding contract between Harmony Pet Match, The Buyer, and the Breeder for the sale of a Puppy. The Breeder accepts that If the puppy delivered or picked up is sick, not up to date on shots, or has not been de-wormed. Harmony Pet Match will refund the total payment made for the puppy by the Buyer. The buyer agrees that all payments must be made through their Harmony Pet Match account. Harmony Pet Match guarantees the safety of the Buyer’s funds. Harmony Pet Match is not responsible for any payment made by the Buyer directly to the Breeder by other means.
Upon pickup or delivery, the Buyer must take the puppy for a vet checkup within one week from the date of pickup or delivery. The puppy must come with a lifetime health guarantee against congenital defects, Health Records, and A Health Certificate. If upon checkup of the puppy at the Vet by the Buyer, and the results are contrary to the results provided by the Seller. The Breeder must either replace the puppy at no extra cost and have the puppy reshipped back to the Breeder at the Breeder’s Expense. Or Harmony Pet Match will refund the full amount spent by the Buyer for the puppy. Then the puppy will be reshipped back to the Breeder at the Breeder’s expense. Should the puppy die as a result of a congenital defect. The puppy will be replaced only if a written and signed statement is to be obtained from two Licensed Veterinarians from two different clinics as proof of the Genetic Defects.
In the case of delivery, The Buyer must load their Harmony Pet Match account with an amount able to cover the cost of the puppy plus the shipping fee. Once their account has been loaded, the breeder will be notified and the breeder will make arrangements for delivery of the puppy to the buyer’s address.
In the case of pickup, The Buyer must load their Harmony Pet Match account with the amount able to cover the cost of the puppy. The Buyer will then pick up the puppy at the Breeder’s address.
Once the Buyer confirms the health records of the puppy. The Buyer must release the payment to the breeder within 24 hours. If the Buyer does not release the payment within 24 hours, one of our agents at Harmony Pet Match will contact the Buyer to inquire about the health status of the puppy. If the Buyer does not respond within 72 hours, the money will be released to the breeder.
This document proves that the Breeder has transferred the ownership of the Puppy to the Buyer. The Breeder will not attempt to reclaim the dog. The Breeder is allowed to contact the Buyer specifically to check on the well-being of the puppy. By entering your name below.
