We strongly advise against sending deposits to unknown individuals. Due to the high demand for puppies, it has become common practice to request deposits. However, we aim to make the process as stress-free as possible for you and follow the principle of “trust but verify,” which is designed to protect both buyers and responsible breeders. As a buyer, it is important to ensure that you do not give money for a dog that may not even exist.

When you make a deposit or payment to purchase a puppy, the money is not immediately transferred to the breeder. Instead, the funds are held securely until you have safely received the puppy. Only when you have the puppy in your hands will the payment be released to the breeder. We are currently verifying the authenticity of all breeders using a breeder verification service.

We require all our breeders to participate in the My Dog’s ID vaccination program, which ensures that the breeder follows a strict vaccination schedule. When the buyer takes over the puppy, they receive a vaccination record for the puppy. Buyers can then ask their veterinarians to update the vaccination record. When you purchase a puppy on our website, you can be assured that all our breeders have gone through our verification process, which requires detailed information that you cannot obtain independently.

Refund Policy:
If you make a deposit or payment for a puppy, the money will only be released after you have safely received the puppy. Then, you can log into your account and release the payments, which will be securely transferred to the breeder.

Refunds will only be issued if a breeder fails to deliver the same live and healthy puppy that was advertised. In this case, the buyer will be granted a 100% refund. This is the only exception. If you change your mind about purchasing a dog, you can simply cancel the payment process, and you will receive a full refund.

Once you have an account, go to the payment section and enter the required information, including the name or tags of the puppy, the breed, and the shipping address. You can also provide additional information or notes for the breeder. Click the “Continue” button to make the deposit. Once the payment is confirmed, you can upload a confirmation of payment.
