How It Works
- Browse our website to find the puppy that picks your interest.
- Create an account on our website and check the confirmation link in your email to activate the account.
- Contact the breeder you would like to purchase a puppy from. Do this by filling out the “Contact this breeder” form.
- Discuss with the breeder and agree on either pickup or delivery.
- Sign the contract on our website.
- Finally, you can either make a payment to the breeder and notify us or log in to your account and top up your account balance. The breeder only has access to the money after you receive the puppy.
- Only you are authorized to release payment to the breeder. More info on the payment is mentioned in the sales agreement.
- If you change your mind and do not want to purchase a puppy, you can request a refund directly from your account on our website. You cannot request a refund if you have an active order on our website.
- If you have no active order in your account, Your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. We will contact you if we need further information.
How does the payment work?
- If the breeder is a Level 5 category, you can make the payment directly to the breeder. Notify us by clicking on the chat icon at the bottom of this page.
- You need to create an account on our website so your account balance will be added and your money will be safe until you have your puppy. You can request a refund at any time if you do not have an active order.
- You can also top up your account balance using one of the payment options made available
- This can be done by in your account account settings under the “Add Balance” tab.
- The money will be loaded into your Harmony Pet Match account.
The breeder will only be paid through your account on our website - Once the money has been loaded into your account. The breeder will be notified and they will begin with the necessary arrangements.
